For instance, if you're in the weight loss niche, you might ask about their past weight loss experiences and how these problems affect their relationships and life. It's important for the client to provide detailed answers because that will indicate their level of sincerity. The more detail, the better. T3: The Customized Offer

After the T2, you send a customized response (T3), typically a boilerplate response with elements tailored to each individual. This message does a few important things:

  • Acknowledge and Paraphrase: Start by acknowledging what they told you in their T2 response, to show that you're listening and understand their unique situation.
  • Empathy and Validation: Show empathy and lift the guilt and shame that people may feel around their problems.
  • Present Your Solution: Briefly present your methodology or mechanism and how it is different from other methods.
  • Outline the Benefits: Outline the benefits and features of your offer.
  • Provide Social Proof: Add testimonials with subheads of the biggest thing the person is saying.
  • Answer Common Questions: Address common concerns such as how it works, when they can expect results, and what to do next.
  • Call to Action: End with a clear call to action, asking them to reply with any questions or to express their interest in joining.

This is where you present your offer. This message should be long, as if it were a sales letter, or a transcript of a VSL or a webinar, that was customized to them. This approach allows you to sell effectively by chat without having to get on a sales call.
