#18: How to Generate Monthly Recurring Revenue with Subscriptions & Memberships with Tony Acosta

The hot topic in the online business world right now is the “Linchpin” and continuity programs and recurring monthly revenue, and it’s being presented as some kind of “holy grail” of business models and that it’s THE way you should structure your online business.

But for anyone who’s been in the industry for a while that have done membership programs in the past, you know that, just like anything else, it has its pros and cons.

Because once you get into it, you’re going to have issues with delivery, and maintenance, and member churn among other things.

In today’s episode, Tony Acosta discusses how he’s overcome many of those issues to create a rapidly growing membership program, and how, by restructuring and simplifying it, he was able to grow his members from 800 to over 3,000 in less than 4 months.
